Glenn J. Garrett is licensed to practice law in both the state of Florida (since 1985) and the state of Maryland (since 1989). Glenn received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral and Social Sciences from the University of Maryland, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center.  Glenn J. Garrett is AV rated since 2002. He continues to practice in Broward county after 30 years, since March of 1985.

Glenn J. Garrett is a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator.

Responsibilities

Prepares pleadings, motions, and correspondence to and from insurance carriers and

parties involved in civil litigation matters.

Drafts wills and durable power of attorney forms.

Responsible for opening, setting up, and maintaining client files in pre-litigation personal injury claims. Performs clerical filing; researches relevant Florida Statutes and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. 

Prepares correspondence to miscellaneous hospitals and medical providers requesting medical records and bills in personal injury cases.
